Sweet & Spicy Roasted Cashews

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Cashews

  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Step By Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth.

  3. Add the raw cashews to the bowl and stir until they’re fully coated in the glaze.

  4. Spread the coated cashews in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Watch closely during the last 2 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. They’ll crisp up as they cool.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight jar. Snack away or gift them to someone you love.
